1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary per order size, weight and destination. Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Cancellations:

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a graphics design charge if one was done.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, as the production process will have begun.

3. Returns and Refunds:

  • Return Policy: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
